At-home Faith Formation Tip - “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance” (Eccles 3:1-4). As we enter a new year full of unknowns, remind each other to take comfort in the knowledge that all your times are in God’s hand. (Tip from Faith Formation; bit.ly/CRCFaithFormation)

Groundwork: God Keeps His Promises And Offers Us Rest - As the book of Joshua opens, we witness God acting to keep his promises to Abraham and his descendants, the Israelites. Join Groundwork as we study Joshua 1 and examine how God works through his people, see the importance of community, and affirm that we can follow God’s command to “be strong and courageous” because we trust God to keep his promises. Listen now at GroundworkOnline.com and subscribe to Groundwork's weekly emails for future episodes.

World Renew: Thank You for Generously Sharing God’s Love and Hope - God’s blessings for 2023! Globally, 2022 was a year of many trials. Our world struggled to regain its footing after the economic backlash of the COVID-19 pandemic, while at the same time dealing with the impacts of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict that sent food prices skyrocketing, and extreme weather that only heightened food insecurity by robbing farmers of their crops – from a prolonged drought in parts of Eastern Africa to extensive flooding in Bangladesh. But despite the challenges, World Renew has witnessed God working through generous-hearted people like you to restore creation. We are so grateful to all who have walked alongside us to share God’s love and hope with people struggling with hunger, poverty, and injustice. Thank you! If you would still like to give a gift of hope – it’s not too late – you can still shop our Christmas Catalogue at worldrenew.gifts
