Virtual celebration honoring Rev. Bahago in Sierra Leone: As a church supporting Resonate Global Mission ministry in Sierra Leone, members of our congregation are invited to attend a virtual celebration as Rev. Istifanus Bahago transitions out of ministry in Sierra Leone. It has been an honor to partner with Rev. Bahago and we look forward to sharing our congratulations and blessings with him. Participants from around the world may join this event via Zoom on Sunday, November 7, at 3pm ET. Visit www.resonateglobalmission.org/bahagocelebration to sign up!

Refugee Sponsorship: Over the past several years Willoughby Church has welcomed and re-settled many refugee families into a new home in Canada. During Covid, none of our sponsored families were able to travel, however, now that borders have reopened, three families have been processed and are waiting to hear about their travel details. Normally, Willoughby Church would sponsor about one family per year, but these are unusual times, and so we are preparing for the arrival of these three families. Preparation for re-settlement requires gathering furnishings, housewares, clothing, etc., as well as providing financial support for each family for up to one year. Extra funds are needed to cover the cost of re-settlement for these three families.  Please consider supporting these families by giving to the Refugee Fund. Thank you so much for your generosity and for living out the call to ‘welcome the stranger’.

World Renew: Dear Members of the Willoughby CRC, thank you so much for the support you have given to so many around the world, through your support of World Renew.  You continue to be a blessing.  As we continue to tale stock of all God has done, and all God is doing, we wanted to take a moment to reach out and share some updates.  You are welcome to take a moment to watch this short video:
