This is the last Sunday to give to either of May's Special Offerings, Campus Ministries Okanagan (Todd Statham) & Missionaries Naji & Hannah!!!

The special offering for weeks 3&4 is for the two missionaries we support through Resonate Global Missions. Resonate serves over 40 countries to faithfully proclaim and live out the good news of Jesus around the world. They join with a diverse network of CRCNA congregations and other partners locally and globally. Resonate works to mobilize individuals and communities to participate in God’s mission and work for the spiritual and social transformation of the world.

Our congregation sponsors Naji in Egypt (Click here to read their newsletter!) and Hannah in Greece (Click here to learn more about Hannah). Naji and Hannah need our prayers, care, and support, so please give generously.

Love Langley: A City-Wide Environmental Initiative on Saturday, May 30th from 1:00pm-3:00pm. For those that have signed up to the event, here's the main info you need to be aware of:

What are we doing? On Saturday, May 30th, our group of 15 is going to meet at Willoughby Church.  From there we will go down 72nd Avenue towards the intersection of 200th, picking up garbage and praying for our neighbourhood along the way.  Every other church involved will also be doing the same thing in the areas close to their churches.

What do I need to bring? You will be given a ‘Love Langley’ t-shirt, which we’ve pre-ordered.  But you need to bring gloves for picking up garbage and/or garbage pickers (which you can purchase on Amazon or at the dollar store), as well as a water bottle to stay hydrated!  We will provide garbage bags.

There will be a worship service at 3:30pm at TWU after the clean up!

If you would still like to participate and haven't signed up, we'd love to have you!!!

RE:ACTIVATE Youth Conference! SEPTEMBER 11 TO 13TH 2026

Re:Activate is a youth conference for youth in grades 8-12 and their leaders! This conference is an incredible weekend of worship, learning, experiencing God’s world, building new friendships, deepening relationships, and strengthening the bond we have as churches in BC. Youth and their leaders participate in two Learn-It sessions of their choice on Saturday morning taught by pastors, youth pastors or other leaders. In the afternoon, everyone participates in one Live-It session of their choice, an activity that gets us out in God’s creation as we worship God with our whole selves.

This year it will be hosted in Salmon Arm, B.C at Cornerstone CRC! Registration closes on May 31st.

Heartfelt Thanks:

Greetings from YWAM Netherlands, Willoughby Church!
Stephan and I would love to express our heartfelt gratitude for your generous donations last winter. We were truly overwhelmed by your kindness, and your gifts have made such a meaningful difference in supporting our ministry.

Since February, we have continued reaching out through our worship nights, assisting with the finances department, and being part of the Leadership Team as well as pioneering Music Ministries here at YWAM Heidebeek.

Looking ahead, we are excited to be leading worship for one of our summer youth events called GoFest; a three day event before youth are sent out for a three week outreach abroad. This fall, we will be joining the September DTS staff team for three months, where we will also help lead the Music Track portion of the DTS.
If you would like to know more, follow along on our journey, or support us through prayer or finances, we would love to hear from you! Please feel free to email us at stephan.jenna.reinders@gmail.com.
With gratitude,
Stephan & Jenna Reinders
