The Special Offering for October is for the Langley Food Bank.  Similar to previous years you will have an opportunity to bring your food donations to the church. On Thanksgiving Sunday, October 11, after the service, from 11:30-1:00, the deacons will be stationed at the church with donation bins. This will be a ‘drive-in’ donation drop-off.  You can also give online throughout the month of October. Click here to make a donation through Tithe.ly or go to Langley Food Bank

"Walking Alongside Caregivers" Webinar Series:  Join the conversation every Thursday in October, at 9:00 AM PST. This series of webinars, hosted by the CRC Disability Concerns will help caregivers navigate the emotional landscape of their role and will give practical ideas on how churches can help these families address the challenges for the person living with a disability as well as their siblings, parents, spouse, or other caregivers. BEIRUT Explosion Response: The effects from the explosion that took place Beirut, Lebanon in early August have caused enormous damage, killing at least 190 people, injuring 6,500, and leaving more than 300,000 homeless. World Renew is committed to a long-term response providing food vouchers, hygiene kits, COVID-19 informational leaflets, and winterization supplies (blankets, warm clothes, stoves, and fuel) to vulnerable families.
