God’s Kingdom Work Continues to Grow

The Sambaia Bendugu Church serves as a CRC-SL Primary School and the Diang Sokurala Primary School repair Project is finished and operational. During the early part of rainy season this year, there was a heavy storm that tore roofs off from these buildings, thus leaving them in deplorable condition. The timely support of this project by donor partners (World Renew) through CES was well appreciated by the CRC-SL and the beneficiary communities, making the
environment conducive for learning and worship of God. Above are the pictures of the children and church.

Asher DeGroot of Canada was recently on a personal visit to Sierra Leone. Despite his busy schedule, he carved time into his visit to see the Newtown Waterloo land site where the CRC-SL intends to put its Multipurpose Sustainability structures. Above are the photos of Asher,  and Moses M. Jawara, President of the CRC-SL inspecting the land and exchanging ideas about
its development. It will be used for religious and social development for the mission and the beneficiary community.

Thank you for being a part of what God is doing in Sierra Leone!

How can you pray?

  • Pray for the wisdom and guidance for the national church commitment towards sustainability.
  • Pray for political stability and calm in the country as resignation for national elections is on going.
  • Pray for the success of the sustainability project at Newton Waterloo as we hope to commence some work on the ground this month.
