Walk, from Fort Langley to St. Mary’s Residential School in Mission, in lament and solidarity with our First Nations brothers and sisters whose families have been affected by the residential schools for many generations. Join us for any/all of the days. Maps and details of each day will be provided to all walkers. We look forward to seeing you on the walk. 

Friday, May 31 

5:30 pm: Walk (2 km) from Fort Langley United Church to Kwantlen First Nation

6:00 pm: Meal and Cultural Presentation at the Longhouse  

Saturday, June 1

9:00 am - 3:30 pm: Walk (19km) from Marina Park in Fort Langley to Mt. Lehman United church.

Lunch at the Egg Stop (shuttle pickup at 3 pm to vehicles).

Sunday, June 2

12:00 pm: Walk (5 km) from the north side of the Mission Bridge to Pekw'xe: Yles (site of St.Mary's Residential School in Mission)

2:00 pm: Welcome, Tour of St.Mary's and Stories from Survivors

3:00 pm: Kairos Blanket Exercise and Time of Learning

6:00 - 7:00 pm: Meal (shuttle pickup after dinner to vehicles).
