Eugene Peterson once said that “the Way that is Jesus cannot be reduced to information or instruction. The Way is a person whom we believe and follow as God-with-us.” For our next sermon series, we are going to be looking at the ‘Way’ of Jesus by focusing not on Jesus’ teachings, but rather on what we see him doing. How did he live? And how might that be inspiration for us to do the same? How do we follow, not just his teachings, but his example? His pattern for living? How do we live the lifestyle and incorporate the disciplines and attitudes that Christ Himself demonstrated?
