 ovince has been hard hit by wildfires resulting in thousands of displaced 
 people and in heartbreaking loss of homes\, businesses and neighbourhoods.
  Our special offering for the first two weeks of September is for Samarit
 an’s Purse\, a non-denominational Christian Organization actively workin
 g in the areas hardest hit by wildfire like Clinton and Summerland.\nSamar
 itan’s Purse provides services such as Evacuation Centres and Disaster R
 elief helping people with possession recovery and some cleanup. They also 
 work alongside churches to help equip churches in areas recovering from d
 isaster to walk alongside the people in the community. If you would like t
