With this new ministry year comes a number of changes: the first being our name! Youth180 is no more, we are now YouthINC. The second change is that we are excited to announce our participation in FUSION! Every First and Third THURSDAY of the month, from 6:30 to 9:30 pm, we will be joining with youth from other local churches in the Willoughby area, including Jericho Ridge, Mountainview Alliance, Willows Community Church, and Riverside Calvary Chapel. FUSION nights are full of worship, interactive games, talking about real life things, enjoying food and just having a ridiculously good time. FUSION is held at Mountainview Alliance Church (located just around the corner at 7640 200 St Langley). On September 27 we kicked off FUSION with a night of playing Minion Games here at Willoughby church and this past Thursday (Oct. 8th) we had our attended our first FUSION worship night. We look forward to seeing on October 17th!
On September 13-15 we kicked off our year with a youth camp - Survivor style! Youth participated in a relay race at the church before packing up the bus to Cultus Lake. On Saturday they participated in a number of activities including ‘Minute To Win It’ challenges, survivor auction and an immunity challenge. The day was capped off with fire side worship and a game of Mafia!

All this doesn’t just happen however. This year we are blessed with wonderful leaders, Stephanie Roukema, Sonya Van Hove, Karen Breedveld, James Farenhorst and Benjamin Bowman, who give of their time to come alongside the youth to love and care for them and to help out with the various activities and events. We look forward to a new and exciting YouthINC year.
